Does preparing for a working holiday in Australia feel overwhelming?

At CNS, we support students preparing for their working holiday by
practicing job interviews, document preparation, and real-life roleplays—together, step by step.

In this video, one of our students dreams of working at a LUSH store,
and practiced a real customer service scenario with one of our teachers acting as a customer.

From product explanations to customer greetings and answering questions,
we focused on practical English expressions students can use right on the job.

Over the course of two months at CNS,
this wasn’t just about learning English—
it was about learning to work in English.

Our student trained consistently, picked up tons of job-related vocabulary,
and we could clearly see how much her English fluency and confidence improved!
