Swara — Feature Walkthrough: Offline Guides, Ask Swara, QR Sharing, and Local Host Mode

Swara is an offline-first emergency guidance prototype for Android.

This feature walkthrough uses raw prototype footage to show the main working flows:
- Offline survival guides
- Ask Swara running Gemma 4 E2B-it locally through LiteRT-LM
- Quick Help and Detailed Steps response modes
- QR-based answer and guide sharing
- Local host/share mode for app, guide pack, web version, and model file
- Model setup with local LiteRT model
- Add-guide flow for imported documents and guide modules

The video is intentionally simple and focused on functionality. The goal is to show that Swara is not just a concept: the core flows are already working on real Android devices.

Swara is built around one idea:
one prepared phone can help one more person.
