However, this kind of CEO leadership has found its way into the church and has caused moral failures, abusive leaders, and disorganized communities. The western church needs to go back, once again, to the Scriptures. This is exactly what Dave Harvey offers in his new book "the plurality principle".

Dave makes the case for a "senior pastor" while maintaining a plurality of elders. This module ensures that the senior pastor is allowed to lead the church, and care for his elder team appropriately while maintaining authentic accountability among his equals.
