4x4x4 solves: Yau, Hoya, Cage, AI cube reduction

4x4 Rubik's cube solves with four different methods: speedsolving methods Yau and Hoya, direct method Cage aka 'Centers last', and funny method of reducing 4x4x4 to 2x2x2. I usually speed solve a 4x4 by Hoya method averaging sub-2 so you may roughly compare these methods by speed.
