Classic Tiramisu Recipe

Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. Best to serve after 6 hours or overnight.

3 tbsp Instant coffee
2 cups hot boiling water

5 egg yolk
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
450g mascarpone cheese
500g thicken cream
1 tsp vanilla
lady finger
Cocoa powder
