REVIEWING GEORGIAN SUPERMARKET TEA - some surprising finds!

Can you get quality tea from your supermarkets in Georgia? Georgian tea has over 150 years of history and in its heyday of the 1980's it supplied almost all of the tea consumed in the Soviet Union. Tea factories prospered and were pumping out tonnes of (probably commodity) tea. After the collapse of the Soviet Union the Georgian tea scene has suffered greatly but with its long tradition of tea making it is surviving and hopefully will become a player in the speciality tea sector.

Do you think that these videos will encourage supermarkets to focus on quality, more expensive teas rather than high quantity cheap tea? Will this encourage commodity producers to strive for a more sustainable approach? Or will it do the converse by pressuring artisan producers to cut corners so that they can win supermarket contracts? We want to know your opinion.
