Jagpreet Kaur is a Certified Yoga Therapist, Pregnancy Yoga Expert, Nutritionist & a Holistic Coach. She is the Founder of Healthy Pinch. From last 5 years, Jagpreet has helped hundreds of individuals across the globe reconnect with their inner calm through the powerful practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation, nutrition, and mindfulness.
These sessions are focused on the individuals who are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, lifestyle disorders, emotional overwhelm, kr if they feel that they are stuck in their life!
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your spiritual practices, the sessions are designed to gently guide you back to balance - one breath at a time.
