I have stopped the streaming for the morning.

I need to take a step back and assess the logistics of streaming my account, talking my trades, typing in Telegram, executing trades, moving stop losses. I most certainly made some costly mistakes this morning, that I would not have made, had I not been so thinly spread. NO EXCUSE.... just some feedback needed here.
