How to Classify 30 Classes with CNN in Python | Musical Instruments Classification

In this tutorial, we’ll build and train a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with Python and TensorFlow to classify 30 different musical instrument classes.

We’ll walk through the full pipeline:
✅ Preparing the dataset with 30 categories
✅ Building a CNN step-by-step with convolutional and dense layers
✅ Applying early stopping and model checkpoints to avoid overfitting
✅ Testing on random images from the dataset
