32 Ah 4S4P LiFePo4 Battery Build Part 1

In this video I record the build of my latest portable power project, the 32Ah 4S4P battery. Comprised of 16 used 8Ah LifeBatt cells, this battery is arranged in 4 banks of 4 to give 13.2v with a nominal capacity of 32Ah.
This video and build is inspired by Julian White OH8STN without whom this video wouldn't exist. His excellent research has allowed many radio operators to produce portable power solutions for their equipment. Julian's channel can be found here;

WARNING -
Working with high capacity/high discharge rate battery cells is hazardous and should not be attempted by novices.

Part 2 of the video will show the fitment of the BMS and mounting in an enclosure.

New LiFePo4 cells and accessories can be purchased here (UK);
