⚡ 180-Degree Crank (Kawasaki Ninja 400 / Versys 650): The pistons move in opposition (one is at top dead center while the other is at bottom dead center). This results in an uneven firing interval (180°-540°), producing a crisp, buzzy, high-revving sports bike sound with excellent top-end efficiency.

💥 270-Degree Crank (Yamaha R7 / MT-07 / Triumph Twin): The crank pins are offset, making the pistons mimic the firing order of a 90-degree V-Twin. This uneven firing interval (270°-450°) eliminates inertial torque fluctuations, resulting in a deep, aggressive, throatier growl and incredible low-end traction.

🇬🇧 360-Degree Crank (Classic Triumph Bonneville): Both pistons rise and fall completely in unison, but fire on alternating strokes so there is a power stroke every 360 degrees. This provides perfectly symmetrical firing intervals, resulting in that iconic, smooth, nostalgic British twin-cylinder purr.
