Regulates heart function, useful for controlling a fast heart rate. How to Do: Tip of the index finger touches base of thumb. Touch tips of middle and ring fingers to tip of thumb. Little finger stays straight. Hold Time: 15–30 minutes daily.
3. 60–80 (Ideal BP – Gyan Mudra)
Calms the nervous system, supports stable and ideal blood pressure. How to Do: Tip of the index finger touches the tip of the thumb, other fingers straight. Hold Time: 20–30 minutes daily.
4. High Blood Pressure
Detoxifies the body, regulates blood pressure and improves energy flow. How to Do: Tip of middle and ring fingers touch the thumb tip. Other fingers stay straight. Hold Time: 15–20 minutes, twice a day
5. Low Blood Pressure
Increases vitality and stamina, helps raise low BP. How to Do: Tip of little and ring fingers touch the thumb tip. Hold Time: 15–25 minutes, twice daily.
6. Control Fast Heartbeat
Supports emotional balance and slows rapid heartbeat. How to Do: Tip of index finger touches base of thumb. Touch tips of middle and ring fingers to thumb. Little finger remains extended. Hold Time: 10–20 minutes.
7. Control Sugar
Stimulates metabolism and helps balance sugar levels. How to Do: Bend the ring finger so it touches the base of the thumb, press it down gently with the thumb. Hold Time: 15 minutes, 2–3 times a day (avoid if underweight).
