Basic Fenugreek Powder Hair Mask for Natural Hair | Fenugreek for Protein Treatment

This is my updated Fenugreek hair mask using Fenugreek powder instead of the seeds. I'm using 2 ingredients only and keeping this DIY very simple and basic. When its time for a boost of protein, I reach for my fenugreek powder/seeds. Fenugreek is also a great way to stimulate healthy hair growth.

Fenugreek, whether it be in the form of seeds or powder, is good for the hair.
It's rich in protein(so if you are protein sensitive you may not want to use this), nicotinic acid, and lecithin which strengthens the root of the hair and treating follicular problems. Fenugreek also contains potassium, Vitamin C, and iron which promotes blood circulation rebuilds hair follicles, and prevents greying. It's good for hair fall, thinning, balding and hair dryness.
