Diving Chuuk Lagoon 2016 with Truk Lagoon Dive Center.

Chuuk Laggoon Micronesia was the base for the Japanese combined fleet during WWII. On February 17-18 1944 the US devastated the fleet during "Operation Hailstone". The aerial attack sunk over 40 ships most of them "Marus" or merchant supply ships containing munitions, trucks, and other supplies. This is a highlight reel of the 15 wrecks we dived with some over the top dramatic music. This was a trip of a lifetime for me. Enjoy!
