An alternate playlist of Emotion 98.3 from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, featuring a lineup of laid-back soft-rock and pop for your emotional needs. Not much issue with radio IDs as usual, but Lionel's DJ segments were somewhat awkward at times.

Shoutout to Julius, GTA Fan-Made Radio and others (as well as the late GTA Alternate Radio) who also take the time to put these out. You guys are great.
