Compact Tractor Grapple Moving Logs and Chipping Limbs with WC68 PTO Wood Chipper

Another scorching-hot day here in Central Ontario but I"m out getting it done none-the-less. Today I'm using my Kioti DK40se HST compact tractor and HLA root rake grapple to move logs and my Woodland Mills WC68 PTO wood chipper to clean-up the leftover limbs. I take a break in this video to discuss the best features of this Woodland Mills WC68 PTO wood chipper and why I'm still happy with it years later. After some cleanup of the red pine limbs from a few trees I fell, I"ll be using my HLA root rake grapple attached to the rear remotes on my Kioti tractor to move the logs to my sawmill for cutting. Although I don't have a third function installed in my tractor, I make use of the rear remotes and long hoses to my tractor loader to use my HLA root rake grapple. As you'll see in the video, this works quite well and with practice the rear remotes turn out to be a good alternative to a third-function valve.
