American Ninja Warrior and physical therapist Krista Caldwell shares her shoulder stability teaching and workout!
1️⃣PVC flexion: 2 sets of 10-15 reps
2️⃣PVC ER lift: 2 sets of 8-10 reps
3️⃣Quad wall CARs: 2 sets 8-10 reps
4️⃣ Wall angels: 2 sets of 10-15 reps
5️⃣ Wall angel + IR: 2 sets of 8-10 reps
6️⃣ Scap CARs (controlled articulate rotations) 3 sets of 5 rotations
7️⃣ Master scap CARs before performing hanging scap CARs: 3 sets of 5 rotations
