Since so many of you guys ask me about software tools for recruiting and what I spend on what, how I use it, how much it costs etc, I figured this would be a great video for some insight.

I get frequent questions about ATS, CRM, EMAIL SEQUENCERS, EMAIL DATA MINING, LEAD GEN TOOLS, etc.

Below, in no particular order are the items that I pay for monthly to operate my recruiting agency at full scale- NOTE: All of these dollar figures are my MONTHLY costs, and I will show the tally at the bottom.

I think some of you may be surprised.

ZOOM INFO = $333/MO

INDEED RESUME FINDER = $275/MO

INDEED JOB ADVERTISING = $200/MO

CRAIGSLIST JOB ADVERTISING = $400/MO

WEEBLY WEBSITE = $12/MO

WEBSITE DOMAIN NAME = $6/MO

MY ACCOUNTANT FOR TAX DAY $20/MO

Adding every single item up, and adjusting it into a monthly cost I pay exactly $1,532 / month to operate my recruiting agency.

If you’re doing your math right, you’ll easily see that 1 placement per month even at the lowest fee covers all of these costs and then some, almost by about double.

I will also state that I only pay for things that I absolutely need or use, I don’t purchase subscriptions to things just for fun or that don’t add any value to my business.

Every operating cost I have is highly strategic and in some form or fashion will inevitably help to make me money by either finding clients or recruiting candidates.

NOTE TO BRAND NEW RECRUITERS: You should understand that you do not need $1,532 to get a recruiting agency started! I started my agency with nothing and began buying tools that made things more efficient as I became more and more successful.
