why is it still raining? || undertale WIP

i got lazy so i just edited the sketches together, and I'm really falling in love with this :,)

my interpretation: sans finally kills frisk/chara. he thinks he finished it, no more resets, it's over. but the kid's still determined, and sans is forced to start the fight all over again. it's not fair.
