Palcho Monastery, Gyantse, Tibet, China [Amazing Places]

Palcho Monastery Monastery (known also as Pelkor Chode or Shekar Gyantse), is a Buddhist Monastery in Gyantse, a city that used to be in the past the third largest city in Tibet. The history of the monastery starts from the 9th century, but the main buildings are from the 15th century. The Gyantse Kumbum (9 story stupa, representing 3D mandala) is located at the monastery ground. Also views of the Gyantse Dzong (Gyantse Fort).
