A very common injury that you'll hear about in the gym is a chest pull or strained pec muscle. This usually comes about from doing heavy bench pressing, but you can get it from any chest exercise.

Just a couple weeks ago I pulled my pec muscle from doing push ups. I'll admit that it was a stupid injury because I never warmed up prior to doing the push ups, never thought I needed to since it was only a "bodyweight" exercise, but you should always warm up, even for bodyweight exercises.

In this video I'm going to share the exercises that I'm currently using to help rehab my pulled pec muscle and hopefully get back to normal chest workouts again ASAP.
