Defense Attorneys defend the person but sometimes the criminal act can't be defended.

Nobody will view this video and think, "oh poor defendant." Many of you will think that he should be incarcerated for many more years. Remember, people, all people, make mistakes and a Defense attorney's job is to zealously represent his client. Yes, sometimes the acts committed by our clients are really bad. They shock the consciousness. Society generally wants these people to go to prison. Until it's you or your family member. Then you try to hire a super attorney. Listen, one can study, practice, read caselaw, consult other experts, do mock trials, and try cases and after everything is said and done, the client goes to prison. There are no magicians. Clients don't want to lose. If they do then their world is changed. Attorneys give their best. Do attorneys get down? Absolutely. Do I look happy in the video. Of course punishment is needed for serious crimes, but I am not a prosecutor, a judge, or a jury. My job is not to judge but to defend.
