WATCH: Rep. Buck’s full questioning of Jonathan Turley | Trump impeachment hearings

Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., questioned Jonathan Turley, a George Washington University law professor, on Dec. 4. The questioning came on the first day of public hearings by the House Judiciary Committee as part of the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. Buck asked Turley whether nearly all presidents would have committed an "abuse of power" under the broader standard other legal experts testifying at the hearing were using for impeachment. Those experts included Noah Feldman, a Harvard law professor, Pamela S. Karlan, a Stanford law professor, and Michael Gerhardt, a University of North Carolina law professor. The focus of the Judiciary hearing, which came after the House Intelligence Committee had hearings in late November, is to define the grounds for a presidential impeachment.
