How public opinion on Insulate Britain soured

Insulate Britain's campaigning was initially met with clemency by police when protests began in September.

Over recent weeks, however, police forces have stepped up arrests and the Government has granted injuctions to National Highways in a bid to deter protests.

Motorists have also taken matters into their own hands by physically removing activists from Britain's roads.
