How to stretch your hip flexors with the Frog Pose Stretch by Coach Wendy

Getting good mobility and flexibility on one's hip flexors is very important. Having tight hip flexors will lead to lower back pain and also restrict the ability for athletes to excel in their performance. So start stretching them out.
