How a suspected fraudster built an empire worth millions | ABC NEWS

On the western outskirts of Melbourne, where the paddocks meet new homes, lies the centre of an alleged NDIS fraudster's network.
Large sums of taxpayer money meant for some of the most vulnerable Australians have been flowing through companies linked to a man named Khawaja Moeen Haroon.
In a statement, Haroon told the ABC he denies all the allegations made against him and that he has always acted in good faith, with the best interests of NDIS participants at heart.

Reporting by Jessica Longbottom and Ben Butler via ABC News Victoria.
