Day 10/30 Fitness Challenge 💪🔥
Welcome back to Day 10 of my 30-Day Fitness Challenge!
Today was all about staying consistent despite working night shifts. After returning home from work, I took care of some household chores and started my day with a healthy breakfast of **sattu**. Recovery is important, so I got some sleep before waking up and fueling myself with a cup of coffee.
The evening was focused on productivity and fitness. I spent some time studying, then had a **Monster Energy** drink before heading to the gym. Today's workout was **chest and shoulders**, followed by a session at the track to get some extra cardio and steps in.
After returning home, I wrapped up the day with a **high-protein chilla** for dinner before getting ready for another night shift.
This challenge is teaching me that progress isn't about perfect days—it's about showing up consistently, even when you're tired and busy.
