I forgot to mention that I am more likely to become nose blind to a fragrance when I spray way too close to my nose. This is why I avoid spraying a fragrance (especially a strong one) directly on my neck. I am able to smell a fragrance for a longer period of time when I spray in my cleavage area or on my naval.
