Can you use an entry level camera body for wildlife photography

In this video I use my vlogging camera which is a Nikon D5600 to see if a budget/mid range camera body can produce good wildlife images. I test the auto focus, image quality and noise control in particular. There are also some nice images to see if you're not that interested in equipment.
