Train Sim World 6: Class 20 Drive & Guide | Set-Up, Braking, Unloading Coal | Preston – Crewe

Welcome back to Train Sim World 6 and another journey into the BR Blue years.

Today we continue our Merry-Go-Round coal workings with '7T75 Bickershaw Colliery to Fiddlers Ferry Power Station – Part 3', taking over at 'Latchford Sidings' for the final atmospheric run into the power station where our loaded HAA hoppers finally reach their destination.

This is more than just a drive…

This video acts as a 'full practical guide to operating the Class 20 on heavy loaded coal traffic', showing you how to prepare the locomotive, drive smoothly, manage braking effectively and complete the unloading process at Fiddlers Ferry.

The Class 20 feels completely at home here — slow, deliberate and powerful — exactly the sort of work these locomotives became known for in the North West during the 1980s.

Along the way we’ll enjoy the industrial atmosphere of Warrington and the approach to Fiddlers Ferry, recreating one small part of the endless cycle that once kept the lights on across Britain.
