Chennai South Indian veg food Episode 2

In this food journey i tried exploring exclusive south Indian food varieties in Chennai. All the food joints i visited were high in reference but for one food joint in Burma bazar.

For example: Locals say that Sangeetha is best restaurant of Chennai for Veg food, Similarly Eating circle is considered to be selling best dosa of the town, Dosart is catching up, this is a new outlet but has made name for itself in short span of time.

Sangeetha Restaurant: Most popular restaurant for veg food, considered to be budget restaurant among locals.

2. Eating Circles: Locals say that this shop sells the best dosa in the town. New shop about one year old but has made name for itself with limited variety only.

3. Burma Atho Shop: Burma street is famous for Burmese food, Atho was average, plus i noticed some lapse in hygiene, may be this is one time try.

Day 5:

4. Dosart: This shop is about one year old but has made name for itself for its vast variety of dosa. I noticed that staff was doing good job on hygiene.

5. Vijayaram Coffee: This is an old and famous coffee shop in Chennai.

Summary: If you are in chennai for very short time i would suggest you not to miss Dosa of Eating circle, they are doing very good job on making the best dosa of chennai. Filter coffee of chennai is not to be missed...
