Scorched Pacific Saury Carpaccio 炙烤秋刀鱼 (Shokugeki no Soma 食戟之灵) - EP 15

Akira's dish is here~ It's actually quite simple to make but it absolutely requires the highest quality of pacific saury you can find... Definitely not an easy dish to recreate...
I realize I left out the dipping sauce of olive oil and red wind vinegar, but I think it tastes perfectly fine like this~ ^^"

INGREDIENTS:

2 pacific saury
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1tbsp white sugar
allspice

(That's it... O_O)
