While most creators will find a wealth of analytics already present in the back end of Kajabi, setting up a third party integration with Google Analytics will provide even more data about how traffic interacts with your website.

Google Analytics provides detailed breakdowns of where traffic comes to your site from, where the visitors of your website are located, how they interact with the pages within your website, how well specific pages are converting and other priceless data that can help creators make the most of Kajabi.

The first step to setting up Google Analytics in Kajabi starts by enabling the universal analytics tracking ID, provided by Google. You will need to enable this feature in the back end of your Google Analytics account.

First, go to your account dashboard at analytics.google.com - Next navigate to the lower left corner and click the Admin link.
Create a property and click "Show Advanced Options". Toggle the Create a Universal Property Option on. Finish preparing your property and navigate back from the create a property page.
The next step will be to copy your Google Analytics Tracking ID. First, navigate to the left sidebar and click the drop down list arrow below the Create Property button. Once the list has expanded, select the name of your created property. Open the Tracking Info Tab and click "Tracking Code". Next, copy the Tracking ID in the top left corner.

The final step in integrating Google Analytics into Kajabi involves pasting your Tracking ID into Kajabi's Google Analytics connector. Navigate to your Kajabi Dashboard and open the Settings tab, located in the lower left corner of your Dashboard. Click the Third Party Integrations tab and scroll down to the Google Analytics Tool. Once found, switch the Google Analytics toggle to "On" and paste your Tracking ID Number into the provided field. Once complete, click Save.

Once you have integrated your Google Analytics account into Kajabi and obtained a Tag Manager code, you can track purchases by inputting this code into the Checkout Settings found in your Kajabi account.
