Hello- again Subbies!!!!
I had to make a video that answered ALL your questions about fenugreek (methi) seed water. Fenugreek was the staple ingredient to my clear skin and beautiful hair. I told you before that I had horrendous hormonal acne, cystic acne, and nasty hyperpigmentation. Fenugreek worked for me so I am sharing my experience with you!
I also brainstormed a way to keep everyone consistent if the seed soaking becomes cumbersome or just too much to handle! I started an Esty page to sell fenugreek drink mix made from (sprouted seed) so you can get the maximum nutrition on the go with no hassle.
I also want to thank my A-M-A-Z-I-N-G subbies for going on this journey with me! Of course, I will update you on my hair and what’s been going on with the length of my mane always… but I have to introduce you to the other side of Curly Hair Crisis… Her name is Health Connect!!!
I remember getting so many NO’s on my journey to connect-people-to-health. The main reason I was denied interviews was because I did not have enough subscribers. So, thank you so, so, so, much for subscribing!
