Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Hands‑On Lab | User Management, MFA, Role Assignments & Password Reset

In this video, I demonstrate essential Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) administration tasks used daily by IT Support and Service Desk Analysts.
This includes:

- Creating new user accounts

- Assigning Microsoft Entra ID roles

- Resetting user passwords

- Enforcing and configuring Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)

- Testing MFA sign‑in from a user perspective

These are core identity management skills used in real Service Desk environments for onboarding, access control, and account troubleshooting.
This lab was completed using a Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID portal to simulate real‑world IT support workflows.
