[for chocolate sponge cake]
1 tsp = 5 ml, 1 Tbsp = 15 ml , 1 cup = 240 ml

100 g(3/4 cup) cake flour
35 g (1/4 cup)cocoa powder
15 g (2 Tbsp)corn starch powder
5 large eggs(room temperature)
170 g(3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp) granulated sugar
35 g (2 and 1/2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
45 g (3 Tbsp)milk

[Blue heart cake]
180 g heavy whipping cream
18 g granulated sugar
blue food coloring
sugar syrup
some milk, Oreo (optional)
white chocolate
some sprinkles

[Pink raspberry cake]
180 g heavy whipping cream
10 g granulated sugar
2 tsp raspberry jam
sugar syrup
some raspberry jam for filling
some sprinkles

[Square chocolate cake]
180 g heavy whipping cream
18 g granulated sugar
45 g dark chocolate
25 g milk
sugar syrup
small chocolate balls
melted dark chocolate
some raspberry jam for heart decoration

[sugar syrup]
30 g granulated sugar
60 g hot water
*Dissolve sugar completely in hot water and cool before use.
