A favorite signature pan dulce of mine has always been the stable CONCHA! Being Mexican-American and having to give up on all of my favorite pan dulces wasn't easy, but who says anything is easy? And who says I can't KETOFY everything I love?? HAHAHA! That's just what I do. I don't like when people tell me I CAN'T have something I want.
