TS700 slicer line - whole muscle ham / Traditionsschinken

The TEXTOR high-speed involute blade slicer TS700 shows the slicing of two pieces of whole muscle ham.

The products have a width of up to 235mm and a height of up to 155mm.
This German customer benefits from the gentle TEXTOR involute blade Technology. By this he's able to slice two products at a time at a total width of 470mm, with a very thin slice thickness.
Due to the patent pending reload concept of TEXTOR, the reload times are less than 6sec.
The TEXTOR slicing line includes a rocker and our speedloader to automatically load the shingled portions in a thermoformer with a 2.4 die set at up to 12 cycles / min., which equates to 96 portions / min.
