About Hit the North:
Hit the North is the platform for the musical headliners of the future from the Northern part of the Netherlands. Twelve selected acts follow a year long diverse program with only one goal: develop a career as a professional musician. Every act gets a personal coach, follows bootcamps and masterclasses, and gets to meet numerous professionals. The program ends with a showcase on ESNS.

Hit the North is a project of ESNS, Into The Great Wide Open, Popfabryk, POPgroningen, Kunst & Cultuur, Noordstaat and is supported by Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie, Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds and We the North.
