Around The Rock in Chon-Kemin National Park - Kyrgyzstan

Céline and Anthony from Around The Rock visited 6 schools in Chon Kemin.
Kyrgyzstan can be considered as the land of snow leopards. Yet, children who live here have never seen them and have little information on this emblematic species.
In schools we visit, we present our film about the rehabilitation center of snow leopards and explain that poaching and overhunting of their prey, directly threat these felines already so rare.
We also broadcast a short clip where the beautiful scenery and wildlife contrast with the wastes that we find all over the country.
At the end of our intervention, we see traditional dances and music and then dance all together with children and teachers on a French music.
