Xuan Wing Chun

Wednesday evening, March 14, 2018: Ben spars with me and Adrian, one of my local students. A few days before, on Monday, they had sparred and also did the Balance exercise on the raised platform; unfortunately, had a glitch in the camera, and nothing was recorded. Also had another new student there with many years of other martial arts experience. We all sparred on the raised platform, but wasn't recorded. Anyhow, for Wednesday's sparring, the students experienced more free-flowing sparring
