Training Day: Daniel Dubois prepares for toughest test of his career against Joe Joyce

#TrainingDay takes a look inside the camp of Daniel Dubois as he prepares for the biggest test of his career to date. He takes on domestic rival Joe Joyce on November 28th. This preparation day consisted of a technical boxing session with his trainer Martin Bowers, conditioning drills in the gym and running around the London Docks.

Training Day is a boxing mini-series focusing on how boxers train for upcoming fights, going behind the scenes inside their camp to show the mental and physical challenges in camp.
