Up to 40 million people in North America may become homeless in 2021 due to the looming eviction crisis and unpaid rent. This is an unprecedented crisis that has to be dealt with. The eviction abatement polices are now ending and yet unemployment is still high, especially in the service, restaurant and tourism industries. Few are talking about this.
