They open the package at the doorstep, click photographs during delivery, and provide instant resolution in case of mismatch or damage. If this level of verification is possible for everyday grocery and quick-commerce deliveries, why does Amazon.in require four business days to investigate a case even when clear video evidence exists?

The OTP was shared on camera. The package was opened on camera. The video is continuous and unedited. Personal details and faces have been blurred only for privacy. What additional safeguards does Amazon expect an end user to take? When will Amazon introduce true open-box delivery for high-value products to prevent such incidents altogether?
