Baltimore City Trash Skimmer Boat in the Inner Harbor

The rains on the morning of April 12, 2013 sent a torrent of trash down the Jones Falls and out into Baltimore Harbor. This trash boom collects some of the floating trash until the trash skimmer boats can come by and collect it. If people didn't throw their trash on the ground this entire process would be unnecessary.
