Rediscovering: Hard Rain (1998)

After some particularly rubbish weather recently, we were inspired to revisit a somewhat forgotten 90s action movie, which takes place in an unprecedented flood.

Christian Slater plays the hero engaged in a game of cat and mouse with a gang of thieves led by Morgan Freeman.

It doesn't reach the heights of the best action movies from that decade, but has some fun set pieces and kudos must go to the cast for spending most of the runtime completely soaking wet.
