Can you pass the RSGB amateur radio foundation licence exam without studying?

To get on the air as a radio ham (radio amateur) in the UK you will need to pass the RSGB (Radio Society of Great Britain) foundation licence exam. Is it possible to pass it without undertaking any study? Lets find out.
