4 years ago I was $25K in credit card debt 🙃

No I’m not proud of it 😅 but I’m also thankful that I was a knucklehead around finances at the time because it got me to wake up and pay attention!

It cost me zero dollars out of pocket to purchase my first investment property using creative strategies, and even if I didn’t get super creative it still would have only been $25K out of pocket 🤗

And now that property pays for itself AND cash flows extra. Even when I had to get a laundry unit replaced, or fix the broken closet, all the money to fix things came from the money generated by the property 🤯

And because of that property I can travel around freely knowing that all my basic expenses are covered 🙌🏾
