Perspective-Based Reading (PBR): The most effective technique for requirements reviews.

5.3 Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Using the "5 Whys" and Fishbone diagrams to prevent defects from happening again.

Defect Classification: Understanding ODC (Orthogonal Defect Classification) and how to use defect data to improve the process.

Exam Tip: You must distinguish between Role-Based (reviewing as a specific stakeholder) and Perspective-Based (reviewing as a producer of the next step, e.g., a tester reviewing a spec to see if it's testable).
