After proudly promoting the Tata Nexon EV on my YouTube channel Harsh Explorer, I faced a shocking and deeply disappointing after-sales service experience at Magan Motors, Agra.

✔️ My car developed a knocking sound right after service.
✔️ The service center staff kept the car outside for hours, citing “testing.”
✔️ When I returned, they couldn't even explain what work was done.
✔️ They refused to share the name of the Tata representative involved.
✔️ And worst — I was threatened by the General Manager and others just for sharing my honest experience publicly.

💥 I’ve filed a formal complaint and am now taking legal action for damage, mistreatment, and harassment.
